1. Agreement

By using Micromentum (the app and micromentum.app), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. The service is provided by Benjamin Lovett.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old. You sign in with Apple and are responsible for activity on your account.

3. The service

Micromentum chooses and sends task suggestions based on information from apps you connect and the settings you choose. It depends on third parties (Apple notifications, Todoist, Google, and others), so we cannot promise any notification will arrive on time or at all.

4. Connected services

When you connect Todoist or Google, you authorize us to read your tasks and mark them complete when you tell us to. You can revoke access any time. Micromentum is not affiliated with or endorsed by Todoist, Google, or Apple. Your use of those services is governed by their terms.

5. Your content

Your tasks and data remain yours. You give us a limited permission to process them only to operate and improve the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other people's data, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or use it to break the law.

7. Subscriptions

[Edit when pricing is final] Some features may require a paid subscription billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Free trials, prices, and renewal terms are shown before you subscribe. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

8. Not medical advice; not an emergency service

Micromentum is a productivity tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional care. Do not rely on Micromentum as your only reminder for anything critical, such as medication, medical, legal, financial, or safety deadlines. If you are in crisis in the U.S., call or text 988. In an emergency, call 911.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that tasks will be prioritized correctly for you.

10. Limitation of liability

[Counsel to confirm wording and limits] To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or opportunities, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $[AMOUNT].

11. Termination

You can stop using Micromentum and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or to protect the service. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new date here and, for material changes, tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. [Counsel to confirm.]
