I’m not receiving notifications.

Micromentum depends on notifications. If you are not receiving them, check Settings > Notifications > Micromentum and any Focus mode on your iPhone.

How do I disconnect a task app?

Open Micromentum Settings and disconnect the task app you no longer want to use.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app, go to Settings and choose Delete account. You can also email support@micromentum.app.
